HB Technologies LLC, operator of friendswith.ai (the “Service”), maintains a strict prohibited-content standard. This policy applies to every surface of the Service: text generated by AI Characters, generated imagery and captions, persona profiles and metadata, search terms, and any user-submitted content. It is enforced automatically and is non-negotiable.

1. Prohibited content

There must be no content — images, text, video, animation, cartoons — and no search terms that depict, imply, or suggest any illegal activity or any activity that violates banking, card-association, or payment-processor policy, including but not limited to:

• any sexual content involving, depicting, or suggesting minors or persons made to appear under 18 — including “barely legal”, schoolgirl/teen framing, ageplay, or age regression;
• child sexual abuse material of any kind;
• non-consensual sexual activity — rape, drugging, coercion, or any depiction where consent is absent;
• incest and sexual scenarios involving family members;
• bestiality and any sexual activity involving animals;
• extreme violence, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, or depictions of slayings, death, or murder (real or simulated);
• scat, defecation, urine, vomiting, and the consumption thereof;
• menstruation in a sexual context;
• necrophilia and sexual content involving corpses;
• trafficking, sexual slavery, or the buying/selling of persons;
• depiction or impersonation of real, identifiable people — celebrities, public figures, or private individuals;
• content depicting or facilitating other illegal activity, including the manufacture or acquisition of illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives.

2. Prohibited words, meta-tags, and links

The Service does not use, index, or allow any words or meta-tags that depict or suggest impermissible content. This includes terms such as animal sex, beast, bestiality, celebrities, celebrity, celebs, children, family sex, farm sex, forced sex, illegal, incest, kids, lolita, nudist, pedo, preteen, pre-teen, rape, underage, necrophilia, and zoophilia, as titles, tags, search terms, alt text, anchor text, or persona descriptions.

• We do not use language such as “Banned in N Countries” or any phrasing that suggests illegal activity.
• We do not display imagery of slayings, death, or murder, whether real or pretend.
• We do not place hyperlinks to online gambling merchants, to sites depicting real celebrities, or to any site that is illegal or suggestive of illegal activity.

3. All characters are synthetic and 21+

Every Character on the Service is entirely computer-generated and fictional and does not represent any real human being. Every Character is depicted as an adult aged 21 or older. See our Age & Synthetic-Content Policy and 18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement for details.

4. How we enforce this

Enforcement is layered and automatic:

• a deterministic input filter screens every inbound message against the prohibited list (including obfuscated and multi-language variants) and refuses it before it reaches any AI model;
• a hard-rules safety layer in every AI Character’s instructions independently refuses prohibited requests, including implied or euphemistic ones;
• an output filter screens every generated reply before it is sent;
• the image pipeline is screened so prohibited imagery cannot be produced, and every Character is verified as an adult before publication;
• every block is recorded in a retained moderation audit log.

5. Reporting

Anyone may report content they believe violates this policy using the in-app Report tool or by emailing trust@friendswith.ai. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted on. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA Policy.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
